HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
· 1-2-1 meeting once a month with your Tutor (2-3 hours) via Teams (you’ll learn part of 1 module)
· You will not attend college for one day a week!
· 6 hours of your working week will be spent on apprenticeship work, this includes:
o (assignments, independent study, training & development activities)
· These hours will be agreed with your manager, either split across the throughout the week, or on a set day
· After 6 months, you’ll start preparing for your End Point Assessment (EPA) doing mocks of:
o multiple choice tests, presentations of your work and Q&A’s
· With CT Skills, you’ll get lots of 1-2-1 support from application until the completion of your apprenticeship!

DAY to DAY, you will….
· Making outbound factfinding calls to existing database of business customers.
· Responsible for keeping CRM system up to date.
· Taking inbound calls from existing customer and new enquiries.
· Taking customer service queries.
· Support and administrating.

· GCSE or equivalent English and Maths grade 4/C or above
· UK Residency (MUST have lived in the UK for 3 years+)
