Entry Requirements:  Initial Assessment Minimum – Maths Level 1,  English Level 1, Knowledge Skills and Behaviours Initial Assessment
Exams to Complete Course: All KSB for Housing Management Standards, Level 2 Functional Skills English, Level 2 Functional Skills Maths, Pass All Elements of EPA

Senior Housing / Property Management Apprenticeship

Qualification: Level 4       🕒 19 Months        Standard Reference: ST0236
Entry Requirements:  Initial Assessment Minimum – Maths Level 1,  English Level 2, Knowledge Skills and Behaviours Initial Assessment
Exams to Complete Course: All KSB for Senior Housing Management Standards, Level 2 Functional Skills English, Level 2 Functional Skills Maths, Pass All Elements of EPA
