The purpose of this policy is to provide an accessible and effective mechanism for our customers, including learners, employers, partners and referral agencies to contact us should they not be happy with the service provided.

We endeavour at all times to provide excellent and timely service to all our customers, however, if this does not occur we welcome feedback and an opportunity to discuss and resolve complaints to a mutually agreeable solution.

This policy sets out the process by which complaints can be raised and how they will be responded to. We are committed to achieving high standards of service and welcome views on our services from all our customers. These include both compliments and complaints. For complaints about Assessment decisions please refer to the Appeals process here.
