WHAT will my DAY look like?
Macfarlanes’ Human Resources (HR) department consists of 43 employees, working across several teams: Operations, Advisory, Recruitment, Early Careers (EC), Projects, Learning and Development (L&D), and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
You will be joining the HR Hub, which sits within the Operations team. This team provides administrative support to the wider HR department and firm. The HR Hub consists of a HR Operations Manager, HR Operations Adviser, HR Assistant and a HR Administrator.

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
You will be working towards your HR Support Level 3 Qualification.
Eligibility requirements
You must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (UK residency requirement)
WHAT qualifications do I need?
Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
