This is a full-time, permanent role which is remote (with the opportunity to work one day a week at our Headquarters in Beeston, Nottingham. The role requires some travel therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
The Role
You will be a brand ambassador for CT Skills, passionate about who we are and what we do, promoting our apprenticeship, recruitment and online learning solutions using a variety of engagement methods including sales, networking, following up marketing qualified leads and account management.
You will generate new leads and opportunities to build a sustainable and successful pipeline of sales activity with employers of all sizes, across all sectors, resulting in achievement of KPI’s.
You will utilise our CRM and work in partnership with our marketing team to generate new campaigns and identify opportunities to cross sell all CT Skills services.
You will generate apprenticeship vacancies and identify areas for workforce development through apprenticeships from level 2 to level 5.
You will actively promote and sell the CT Skills apprenticeship offer including Leadership & Management, Accountancy, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, HR Support, Customer Service, Teaching Assistant and Housing.
The Individual
You will have proven B2B sales experience, be self-motivated and comfortable working within a target driven sales environment. You will be a great listener, matching your approach to employer requirements and values, and able to understand what employers need.
You will have an engaging communication style and be able to build authentic and collaborative relationships with learners, managers, directors and business owners.
Ideally, you will have experience working within the recruitment, training or education services sectors. What you will also need is a passion for our proposition, curiosity, and an appetite to learn.
