Choosing the right Level for you.
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
This apprenticeship is ideal for those who have not previously worked in the sector or have little Customer Service experience. Majority of roles will focus on customer communication, resolving problems, promoting products and gathering customer feedback.
Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
The Level 3 apprenticeship is designed to suit candidates who have a L2 Customer Service qualification or equivalent experience. You can be expect to train while in a Customer Service Advisor, Support Officer, Team Leader or general Retail/Hospitality role.
