We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us in expanding our hugely popular free online short courses.  We are looking for people who have excellent customer service and telephone skills and can engage with learners to encourage course completion and progression.  This is a full-time permanent role, with a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 1 or 2 days a week at our Head office based in Beeston, Nottingham.  A DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and will be required to offer exceptional customer service over the phone.  You will also be expected to call potential customers who have expressed an interest in our programmes and support them through to enrolment as well as existing learners to encourage progress and timely completion of their course.  You will be continuously striving to build, maintain, and improve relationships, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.

The Individual

We are looking for an organised person that thrives in a target driven environment and has a passion to support people on their learning journey.  Excellent communication skills together with experience in working in a customer focused environment is needed.  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
