Completing my Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship has been an amazing experience. My assessor has been incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance and thorough help with all my units.

I’ve completed my Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner course, which has greatly strengthened my leadership skills and supported my career progression. 

My assessor has been incredibly supportive in helping me fully understand my childcare course. She has also provided great assistance with maths by arranging extra sessions with a colleague, and Rachel kindly offered an additional session as well.

It has given me a wider appreciation of counselling and given me the knowledge needed in counselling which will help me in my future goal of joining the police.

It has given me the confidence to develop my business. It has also affirmed what I already knew which is really helpful for my confidence.

Tutors meet the specific needs of learners and apprentices well. For example, where they identify that apprentices would benefit from more direct experience of a topic at work, they arrange for apprentices to shadow relevant colleagues.

Senior leaders have high aspirations for learners and apprentices. They make appropriate and timely changes to the curriculum, which ensures that they continue to offer courses that are most useful to learners and apprentices.

Tutors work particularly well with employers to ensure that they teach topics that match closely to apprentices' development at work.

Going on to achieve the Level 3 qualification gave me a sense of pride and it furthered my understanding of Mental Health and working within mental health.  I can now figure out how I can support others alongside tools I already have in my experience bank.
