FEEDBACK QUOTES

It's been an incredible experience having our apprentice join us and complete their apprenticeship alongside their work. I’m confident they will be a valuable asset to both my team and the company. They are the perfect fit!

CT Skills has allowed me to follow my dreams and access one of the most recognised qualifications within accountancy. I would recommend an apprenticeship to anyone as it provides you with the skills for the world of work and a bright future!

Amazing tutors and course content. I have recently completed my Level 2 Accountancy qualification with CT Skills, and every interaction with the staff was amazing, and it helped me achieve a distinction. The lessons were always interactive, and I felt comfortable asking for 1-2-1 help.

Having two apprentices has been a significant benefit. Both apprentices are making great progress in their learning, with their formal progress marrying up well with the practical client work they're undertaking. One apprentice in particular is doing a great job, demonstrating a strong interest and so much enthusiasm in his sessions.

I’ve just completed my Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with CT Skills. This experience has helped me grow personally and professionally, and I’m grateful for the support from my trainer.

I've just completed my Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, and throughout the course my tutor provided constant support. I always felt comfortable asking for help, no matter how small or trivial the question.

I have completed my L3 Business Admin apprenticeship and I'm now heading into my End Point Assessment period. My assessor, has been absolutely fantastic, being such a positive guide throughout. She was always available to chat or answer any questions I may have had, making sure to reassure me and provide valuable advice. I would highly recommend an apprenticeship with CT Skills.

I have grown my knowledge in the customer service and I can use this to positively impact my work and my team who work in front of house.

The course has enabled me to work towards building a website with the correct SEOs and align a marketing plan which works.

It has given me an increased understanding of the marketing department and the role it plays in my job role.

Respect from the tutors is always felt here, and that’s important. It’s easy to respect someone when they respect you.

You learn practical skills from the very first day.

I thought it might be like school, and I wasn’t keen on school, but it was nothing like that. You are treated like adults; it’s like being at work.

I’ve completed my Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner course, which has greatly strengthened my leadership skills and supported my career progression.

Completing my Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship has been an amazing experience. My assessor has been incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance and thorough help with all my units.

My assessor has been incredibly supportive in helping me fully understand my childcare course. She has also provided great assistance with maths by arranging extra sessions with a colleague, and Rachel kindly offered an additional session as well.

It has helped me understand how to be mindful of children and will help me as my son grows up.

I shared the positive feedback with Child’s Play Nursery in Dewsbury during my interview, and it clearly made a strong impression. As a result, I was offered an eight-week placement, which subsequently led to a permanent role in Early Years starting after half term.

It has given me a wider appreciation of counselling and given me the knowledge needed in counselling which will help me in my future goal of joining the police.

It has given me the confidence to develop my business. It has also affirmed what I already knew which is really helpful for my confidence.

CT Skills is an outstanding organisation that truly delivers results. I not only achieved my qualification, but my tutor also shared invaluable knowledge and motivation that will benefit me for years to come.

Completing my apprenticeship with CT Skills has been such a positive and rewarding experience. The team offered time, dedication, and continuous support, helping me progress and successfully complete my qualification.

I’ve had a really positive experience with CT Skills and have always felt supported throughout my apprenticeship.

I have been very happy with CT Skills level of service over the years. They have helped us to create some fantastic practitioners over the years! Look forward to continuing this in 2026.

I have found that I know how to listen more deeply and effectively in both my job role as a support worker and my life in general / personal life.

Got a wider knowledge base of infection prevention and control, really great course.

Diabetes is very common in my immediate and extended family and I did not realise the severity and far reaching impact of this condition until undertaking the course.

I really enjoyed my course and I had great support from my tutor. This is the first course I have done for a long time but getting back into studying has given me an incentive to do more.

I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. She provided clear, constructive feedback on every assignment and always took the time to explain how I could improve. Her suggestions for further reading and research helped me deepen my understanding of the subject and expand my knowledge beyond the course content.

Gave me a further insight into housing and tenant support, things I could use in my role as a housing officer.

I’ve recently completed the CIH Level 3 apprenticeship, which has been an amazing experience. CT Skills provided outstanding support throughout, helping me grow and bring value to my employer.

I’ve just completed my Level 3 Housing Management Apprenticeship thanks to the incredible support from my assessor and CT Skills. They understood my dyslexia and guided me through assignments, even using discussions to help me succeed.

Thrilled to have completed my Level 3 Housing Management Apprenticeship! Huge thanks to my amazing assessor for her constant support and guidance. CT Skills have been fantastic, I’d highly recommend them!

We were delighted with the high standard of candidates put forward by CT Skills for our Business Administration apprenticeship role. We received four strong applications, two of which were truly outstanding - making the final decision a difficult one!

Completing the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship has helped me grow both personally and professionally. It gave me a strong foundation in HR, boosted my confidence in areas such as recruitment and employee relations, and enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with CT Skills over the past year while completing my HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship. The support I’ve received has been exceptional, my assessor has gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals throughout the year.

A very helpful and informative course that will help me in my work life. Also, it's the first time I've done a course at home, and I really enjoyed it although it was more work than I originally anticipated.

I joined as a Business Admin apprentice and was excited to be able to support people into apprenticeships and I’m still here for this reason. I enjoy offering people advice when starting or changing their careers, also I love everyone I work with! Everyone is so friendly and supportive.

Great awareness on cyber threat, prevention, its identification and data protection standards and channels of regulation and notification.

I had a great experience being supported by my tutor during my Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Data Protection & Data Security. Even though the course was online, she made everything clear and easy to follow. She was always supportive, responsive, and provided helpful feedback that really improved my understanding.

The course has deepened my understanding of data protection and data security, which I can apply not only in my professional practice but also in enhancing my personal awareness.

It was great to achieve the qualification, I feel this has increased my chances of securing a position in coding.

It’s a company that looks after its staff through its values, recognition and reward. This team make a real difference and improve lives.

I joined many years ago and a big part of my decision was the people who were already here. And to be honest that’s probably part of why I’ve stayed so long too. And the flexibility I now have due to working from home is a massive positive.

Taking on an apprentice has helped us address key challenges, particularly around staffing and workload. With ratios and the demands of providing high-quality care, having an extra team member in training has made a noticeable difference.

Our apprentice has been instrumental in asset creation for the business, she has been present in workshops and been contributing well with ideas and has been undertaking marketing tasks such as competitor comparisons.

I’ve just completed my Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship! Huge thanks to my tutor for her engaging workshops and guidance, which boosted my confidence and skills. I’m excited for future opportunities and highly recommend apprenticeships for personal and professional growth.

I always wanted a creative career but found it hard to break in without further study. Choosing an apprenticeship was the best decision, I gained hands-on experience and a qualification, giving me a strong start in the industry.

I will use this qualification to launch my men’s mental health sessions, giving many men the opportunity to benefit from what I’ve learned throughout this course. I plan to continue expanding my knowledge in counselling, as well as deepen my research into men’s needs for talking therapy and safe, supportive spaces.

The course has given me more knowledge on a variety of different mental health disorders which was very interesting and helpful.

Supported my perspective of mental health, which will support my work within the ambulance service - more person centred approach to care.

An excellent course giving a detailed insight into children and young people’s mental health. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and once I started I couldn’t wait to start the next unit. My tutor marked my assessments quickly and gave constructed feedback. I’m looking forward to enrolling on another course.

Someone would love being part of this team because it’s collaborative, supportive, and driven by a shared commitment to learner success. There’s a strong sense of mutual respect, open communication, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Learners and apprentices rightly feel safe during their studies. They identify a positive and supportive culture at CT Skills.

Learners and apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to make progress in their careers.

Learners and apprentices demonstrate vastly increased levels of knowledge and skills as a result of their studies.

Tutors meet the specific needs of learners and apprentices well. For example, where they identify that apprentices would benefit from more direct experience of a topic at work, they arrange for apprentices to shadow relevant colleagues.

Senior leaders have high aspirations for learners and apprentices. They make appropriate and timely changes to the curriculum, which ensures that they continue to offer courses that are most useful to learners and apprentices.

Tutors are subject specialists with highly relevant industry experience. They plan the courses they teach well.

Tutors work particularly well with employers to ensure that they teach topics that match closely to apprentices' development at work.

I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. She provided clear, constructive feedback on every assignment and always took the time to explain how I could improve. Her suggestions for further reading and research helped me deepen my understanding of the subject and expand my knowledge beyond the course content.

Excellent course and outstanding tutor support. CT Skills made the whole learning experience smooth, clear and enjoyable. My tutor was incredibly supportive, patient and always quick to help whenever needed. I really appreciated the friendly guidance and professional approach throughout the course. Highly recommended.

I’m so grateful for Lesley’s incredible support during my apprenticeship. She helped tailor my CV, secured interviews, and encouraged me every step of the way. I wouldn’t be here without her dedication and guidance.

This apprenticeship has had a hugely positive impact on my confidence at work and even helped me overcome imposter syndrome.

The mentoring I received from my tutor was truly invaluable, I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. I’ll really miss her guidance and our conversations as I move forward from this apprenticeship.

The blend of theory, ethical grounding, and practical skills feels purposeful and well‑balanced, helping you grow in confidence while also highlighting the emotional responsibility involved in supporting others. Overall, it’s a demanding but rewarding course that strengthens core counselling abilities, encourages meaningful personal development, and provides a solid foundation for progressing toward professional training.

I work in a field that supports those that have been subject to domestic abuse, but having only telephone contact with those people. This course gave me an increased understanding and I have been able to pass some of this new understanding to my colleagues.

The Level 3 Counselling Skills course has been a genuinely enriching step up, offering a deeper, more reflective experience that goes far beyond basic technique; it challenges you to look inward, develop stronger self‑awareness, and understand how your own values and emotional responses shape the helping relationship.

I’ve recently completed my Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and received fantastic help and support from CT Skills.

I’ve recently completed my Level 3 Teaching Assistant course, and I’ve truly loved the experience. Over the past two years, I’ve learned so much and my confidence has grown enormously.

The support from my tutor was outstanding. They were always just an email away and quick to respond with guidance whenever I needed it. I’m so grateful for their help throughout this journey.

Completing the Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship with CT Skills has been a fantastic experience. The staff were supportive throughout, providing clear guidance and regular feedback to help me progress.

I feel much more confident in my role now, having been able to apply everything I learned throughout the apprenticeship. It has helped me become more independent and given me the confidence to demonstrate to my managers that I am capable of taking on greater responsibilities. The support and guidance from my tutor were invaluable!

I’ve just completed my apprenticeship and couldn’t be happier with the support I received throughout. My tutor was always quick to respond, provided excellent advice and guidance whenever I needed it, nothing was ever too much trouble. He made the whole process straightforward and was always approachable and encouraging. Thank you for everything!

By recruiting new apprentices we’ve been able to support local young people into roles within the NHS. Some of these roles have been hard to fill so an apprenticeship has given us a great option for these challenges.
