Amazing tutors and course content. I have recently completed my Level 2 Accountancy qualification with CT Skills, and every interaction with the staff was amazing, and it helped me achieve a distinction. The lessons were always interactive, and I felt comfortable asking for 1-2-1 help.

Having two apprentices has been a significant benefit. Both apprentices are making great progress in their learning, with their formal progress marrying up well with the practical client work they're undertaking. One apprentice in particular is doing a great job, demonstrating a strong interest and so much enthusiasm in his sessions.

I thought it might be like school, and I wasn’t keen on school, but it was nothing like that. You are treated like adults; it’s like being at work.

I’ve completed my Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner course, which has greatly strengthened my leadership skills and supported my career progression. 

Completing my Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship has been an amazing experience. My assessor has been incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance and thorough help with all my units.

My assessor has been incredibly supportive in helping me fully understand my childcare course. She has also provided great assistance with maths by arranging extra sessions with a colleague, and Rachel kindly offered an additional session as well.

It has helped me understand how to be mindful of children and will help me as my son grows up.

I shared the positive feedback with Child’s Play Nursery in Dewsbury during my interview, and it clearly made a strong impression. As a result, I was offered an eight-week placement, which subsequently led to a permanent role in Early Years starting after half term.

It has given me a wider appreciation of counselling and given me the knowledge needed in counselling which will help me in my future goal of joining the police.

It has given me the confidence to develop my business. It has also affirmed what I already knew which is really helpful for my confidence.

I had a great experience being supported by my tutor during my Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Data Protection & Data Security. Even though the course was online, she made everything clear and easy to follow. Taking on an apprentice has helped us address key challenges, particularly around staffing and workload. With ratios and the demands of providing high-quality care, having an extra team member in training has made a noticeable difference.

Our apprentice has been instrumental in asset creation for the business, she has been present in workshops and been contributing well with ideas and has been undertaking marketing tasks such as competitor comparisons.

I always wanted a creative career but found it hard to break in without further study. Choosing an apprenticeship was the best decision, I gained hands-on experience and a qualification, giving me a strong start in the industry. 

I will use this qualification to launch my men’s mental health sessions, giving many men the opportunity to benefit from what I’ve learned throughout this course. I plan to continue expanding my knowledge in counselling, as well as deepen my research into men’s needs for talking therapy and safe, supportive spaces.

The course has given me more knowledge on a variety of different mental health disorders which was very interesting and helpful.

I work in a field that supports those that have been subject to domestic abuse, but having only telephone contact with those people. This course gave me an increased understanding and I have been able to pass some of this new understanding to my colleagues.
