Build a finance team by recruiting new talent or developing existing staff through structured accountancy apprenticeships.
Accountancy apprenticeships offer a structured way to recruit new talent or develop existing staff, building the skills your business needs.
Our programmes develop capable finance professionals with strong problem-solving, commercial awareness, and collaboration skills, enabling them to contribute from day one and grow within your organisation.
Apprentices work towards recognised industry qualifications, including AAT alongside their apprenticeship, gaining credentials that demonstrate their knowledge and commitment.
Recent government updates mean there will be more support available to help employers recruit and train apprentices, particularly when hiring younger individuals or building entry-level roles.
This support makes it easier to bring new talent into your business while developing the skills you need for long-term growth.
Accountancy apprenticeships support both your business and your employees, helping you build a capable finance team while developing individuals with the skills and confidence to progress.
We support you through the full process, whether you’re recruiting new talent or developing existing employees through structured training and ongoing support.
1. We recruit or support your existing team: We source and shortlist candidates or work with your current employees
2. You select the right approach: Choose the right individual or development pathway for your business
3. We train and support: We deliver structured training and ongoing support throughout the programme
Our accountancy apprenticeships are designed to support both your business and your employees, whether you’re recruiting new talent or developing existing staff.
Each programme combines practical workplace experience with structured training, including workshops and masterclasses focused on AAT and apprenticeship standards, delivered by experienced training professionals. Learners also benefit from enhanced online resources, including those from BPP, supporting different learning styles and consistent progress.
This approach helps learners build confidence, apply their knowledge in the workplace, and contribute effectively in their role, while creating clear pathways for progression within your organisation.
It's been an incredible experience having our apprentice join us and complete their apprenticeship alongside their work. I’m confident they will be a valuable asset to both my team and the company. They are the perfect fit!
CT Skills has allowed me to follow my dreams and access one of the most recognised qualifications within accountancy. I would recommend an apprenticeship to anyone as it provides you with the skills for the world of work and a bright future!
Amazing tutors and course content. I have recently completed my Level 2 Accountancy qualification with CT Skills, and every interaction with the staff was amazing, and it helped me achieve a distinction. The lessons were always interactive, and I felt comfortable asking for 1-2-1 help.
