A More Effective Way To Build Payroll Capability

Payroll apprenticeships offer a structured way to recruit new talent or develop existing staff, helping your organisation build the skills needed to manage payroll with accuracy, confidence and care.

Our programmes develop capable payroll professionals with knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory deductions, data management and reporting, enabling them to contribute effectively within finance, HR or payroll teams.

  • Recruit individuals suited to your organisation
  • Upskill existing employees in payroll or finance-related roles
  • Build capability that supports accurate, compliant payroll delivery

Apprentices work towards a recognised Level 3 Payroll Administrator qualification, helping them build the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to progress in payroll.

Support Available To Help You Recruit And Train

Recent government updates mean there will be more support available to help employers recruit and train apprentices, particularly when hiring younger individuals or building entry-level roles.

  • Training costs fully funded for eligible apprentices aged 16–24

TESTIMONIALS

The mentoring I received from my tutor was truly invaluable, I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. I’ll really miss her guidance and our conversations as I move forward from this apprenticeship.

I’m so grateful for Lesley’s incredible support during my apprenticeship. She helped tailor my CV, secured interviews, and encouraged me every step of the way. I wouldn’t be here without her dedication and guidance.

This apprenticeship has had a hugely positive impact on my confidence at work and even helped me overcome imposter syndrome.
