They are looking for a highly organised and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to support the day-to-day operations of the business. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, develop administrative and customer service skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in business operations.

WHAT will I get from working with Tinkle Telecom?

  • EARN: £8.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
  • EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • QUALIFICATION: Business Admin Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and delivering excellent customer service. This position is essential in maintaining organisation, supporting team productivity, and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing efficient administrative support to the wider team.
  • Assisting with sales administration and order processing for products and services.
  • Using HubSpot and Trello to manage tasks and workflows.
  • Creating, editing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
  • Managing number porting, including validating orders, submitting requests, and tracking progress.
  • Communicating updates to customers and partners.
  • Raising hardware and number orders with suppliers.
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Conducting customer check-ins and managing renewals.
  • Processing invoices and supporting procurement activities and supplier coordination.
  • Managing office supplies, deliveries, visitors, and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinating travel, events, office lunches, and social activities.
  • Assisting with purchasing gifts for special occasions.
  • Supporting recruitment administration and welcoming candidates and clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support smooth business operations.
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?

Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training will initially be completed in the workplace during working hours; however, subject to performance and once sufficient confidence has been established, there may be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid working arrangement.

  • UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years

 360 Estates are an independent and professional estate agent specialising in all aspects of residential sales, lettings and property management services, with a vast knowledge of local and surrounding areas.

WHAT will I get from working with 360 Estates?

  • EARN: £8 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
  • EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will be responsible for dealing with customers and clients both face to face and over the phone, promoting customer excellence whilst working in collaboration with the estate agency team. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Dealing with all enquires in a positive and courteous manner
  • Arranging/booking viewings, valuations, surveys & appointments
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors/landlords & solicitors
  • Cross-selling additional services
  • A proactive approach for new business development via marketing/social platforms etc
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
