A More Effective Way To Strengthen Your Education Team

Education apprenticeships offer a structured way to recruit new talent or develop existing staff, helping your school or setting build the skills needed to support teaching, learning and pupil progress.

Our programmes develop capable education support professionals with knowledge of communication, safeguarding, SEND support, child development and classroom practice, enabling them to contribute confidently within learning environments.

  • Recruit individuals suited to your school or setting
  • Upskill existing employees in teaching support roles
  • Build capability that supports inclusive learning and pupil progress

Apprentices work towards recognised qualifications such as the Level 3 Teaching Assistant and Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant, helping them build the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to progress in education.

Support Available To Help You Recruit And Train
