Your Apprenticeship Application Journey

Each step brings you closer to your new opportunity. Here’s what to expect:

You’ve Applied!

We review applications every morning. If you meet the minimum requirements, one of our Recruitment Consultants could call you as soon as the next day. 

Tip: Keep an eye on your phone (even for unknown numbers) and check your emails regularly.

Your First Chat

We’ll give you a quick call to talk through your application and get to know you.

We’ll chat about:

  • Your CV and work history
  • Your education and qualifications
  • Why you want to do an apprenticeship
  • Why this one interests you

You’ll also hear more about the role, location, and training course.

Eligibility Check

Next, we’ll confirm your right to work in the UK.

This is a short video call on Teams, WhatsApp, or FaceTime where you’ll show your ID, such as a passport or birth certificate.

After the Call

We’ll ask you to write a short supporting statement explaining why you’re a great fit.

Then we’ll update your profile and share it with the employer.

You can usually expect feedback within 2 to 3 days.

Complete Your Application

To finish your application, you’ll complete:

  • An English and Maths assessment
  • A Basic Information Form to confirm your details and let us know about any additional support needs

Employer Interview

If you’re shortlisted, it’s interview time!

Depending on the employer, this could be one or two stages, either online or face to face.

We’ll give you full interview prep, tips, and check-ins before and after.
