Administration Assistants support the day-to-day running of organisations by managing information, communicating with colleagues and stakeholders, using digital systems, and completing essential administrative tasks.
Throughout the programme, apprentices develop practical knowledge, skills, and behaviours that can be applied directly in the workplace.

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals beginning their career in an administrative role. Apprentices will learn how to support business operations, manage information effectively, communicate professionally, and use digital systems and software commonly found in modern workplaces.
They will gain practical experience in a variety of administrative functions including meeting and event support, information management, diary coordination, stakeholder communication, and data handling.

Unlike many apprenticeship standards, the Administration Assistant Apprenticeship does not include a traditional End Point Assessment.
