In many cases, yes. Most apprenticeships lead to a job within the company you trained with. If not, you’ll still have a recognised qualification and valuable experience to support your next step.

If you’re struggling or need more time, speak with your trainer assessor and employer. Extensions can sometimes be arranged to delay your End Point Assessment (EPA) / apprenticeship assessment.

Apprenticeships are designed within working hours. Your employer will provide dedicated ‘off the job’ time for learning and development. Despite the name, most activities happen naturally within your role, with a weekly allocated study session. Any additional work outside hours is optional.

The ALB group specializes in the conversion of residential and commercial properties throughout the UK, creating bespoke homes for the people of Britain. Their expertise is born from years of experience in assembling property investment opportunities and managing projects from acquisition to delivery. WHAT will I get from working with Base Lettings Limited?

  • EARN: £8 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
  • EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • QUALIFICATION: Business Admin Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will provide essential organisational and administrative support to the property management and lettings teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining accurate property and tenant records, coordinating appointments and inspections, and supporting compliance and documentation processes. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Updating property, tenant, and landlord records on the property management system.
  • Assisting with tenancy administration, liaising with the local council and utility companies providing meter reads and tenancy info.
  • Scheduling inspections, maintenance works, and contractor appointments.
  • Logging maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to track progress and completion.
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date (e.g. gas safety certificates, EPCs, right-to-rent checks).
  • Filing, scanning, and organising digital and physical documents.
  • Assisting the property management and lettings teams with general office administration.
  • Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for visitors to the office.
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?

Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.

WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?

  • Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
  • UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Communication, team working & customer care.
  • IT, admin & presentation skills.
  • Organisation & attention to detail.

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will be joining an extremely supportive and encouraging team of highly qualified practitioners. You will deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years and ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day care and learning of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Assisting with planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities.
  • Helping to create a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
  • Observing children’s development and contributing to learning records.
  • Supporting children with personal care routines (including feeding and toileting where required).
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Following safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

Digital Content Lead

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Digital Content Lead to help shape the future of our digital learning offer. Working in close collaboration with our Quality and Curriculum team, you’ll play a key role in developing new products, technologies, learning materials and processes.  Innovation and continuous improvement sit at the heart of this role as you enhance the quality and impact of our learning resources.  This is a full time remote role with DBS clearance required.

The Role

You’ll lead the development of high quality digital learning programmes that meet the needs of awarding organisations, funding bodies and our own operational standards.  You’ll also support and mentor our Digital Content Assistant while collaborating with colleagues to ensure all content is engaging, accessible and continuously improved.  As a key ambassador for CT Skills, you’ll contribute to new opportunities and help drive future business growth.

The Individual

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in digital content development and e learning project management, backed by strong knowledge of learning management systems.  You’ll bring expertise in SCORM development, accessibility and inclusive design, along with hands on experience in authoring tools, video editing, graphic design and AI supported platforms such as Articulate and Moodle.  Strong leadership skills, project management capability and good awareness of brand, copyright and licensing complete the profile.
