Is a free, confidential and 24/7 text messaging service for anyone in the UK who needs support. If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, their trained Shout Volunteers are available for you.

Offering advice and support services on a one-to-one, personalised help with housing issues and homelessness. You can email, webchat, call or text.
