Overview

This apprenticeship equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to support and deliver projects successfully within a professional environment. The apprenticeship covers key areas such as project planning, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, risk and change management, and performance monitoring. Learners will develop a strong understanding of project lifecycles while building essential skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and the use of digital tools.

Professional Development Included

Learners receive free CMI Affiliate Membership for the duration of their apprenticeship, with access to leadership resources, webinars, career guidance, CPD tools and networking. They also gain access to CMI Thrive, supporting personalised learning, skill development and CPD tracking.

Optional CMI Level 3 Diploma

Learners can also choose to work towards the CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management, providing an additional recognised qualification to support their development as confident, capable managers.

We are committed to supporting learners at every stage of their career, whether they are starting out in project management or looking to progress into more specialist roles.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship can lead to roles such as Associate Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Project Officer, Project Analyst or PMO support roles. With further experience, learners may progress into Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Delivery Manager or roles in change, transformation or project delivery.

Learners may also have the option to undertake the CMI Level 3 First Line Manager Diploma alongside their apprenticeship, supporting wider leadership and management development. This apprenticeship also aligns with Associate Membership of the Association for Project Management, helping learners build professional recognition as they progress.
