WHAT will I get from working with Skinova Aesthetics?

  • EARN: £8 per hour, 40 hours per week
  • EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1-hour unpaid break)
  • QUALIFICATION: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 takes approximately 16 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will be managing the front-of-house operations at this aesthetics clinic which involves interacting with clients, managing bookings, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients professionally.
  • Managing reception and clinic opening procedures.
  • Handling appointment bookings and scheduling.
  • Responding to client enquiries (in-person, phone, online).
  • Maintaining client records and booking systems.
  • Providing basic advice on aesthetic treatments (training provided).
  • Ensuring reception area is clean and organised.
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?

Working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including knowing your customers, understanding the organisation, meeting regulations & legislation, systems & resources, and the customer experience. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.

WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?

  • Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
  • UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic IT skills
  • Interest in aesthetics/beauty industry
  • Ability to work independently
