WHAT will I get from working with Church Pharmacy?

• EARN: £9.50 per hour, 40 hours per week.
• EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
• QUALIFICATION: Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 takes approximately 19 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You’ll play a key role in promoting award-winning products and services while building valuable skills in marketing and social media.  Church Pharmacy offers direct mentorship, real-world experience, and the opportunity to grow within a very friendly and supportive team that’s committed to both your personal and professional development. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting the with day-to-day activities and priorities.
• Reviewing marketing campaign content for senior team members.
• Providing ongoing brand and content management support.
• Creating and proofreading promotional materials.
• Supporting social media activities.
• Coordinating all marketing activities to ensure consistency within guidelines.
• Handling general administrative tasks including preparing invoices, processing payments, and creating documents/policies.
• Managing telephone inquiries and correspondence, including responding to training inquiries.
• Conducting data entry tasks.
• Coordinating with suppliers to organise and support training days and promotions.
• Managing training starter packs and promotion/information packs, including contents ordering, stock checks, and assembly.
• Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?

Working towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules including marketing methods, principles & practices, business organisation & copywriting, campaign implementation & management, IT & digital tools, and more! You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.

WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?

• Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
• UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
• Communication, team working
• Analytical, logical & attention to detail
• IT, admin, organisation & problem-solving skills
• Creativity, initiative & patience
