WHAT will my DAY look like?
You will provide vital support to both the service and its residents. This includes managing essential documentation, overseeing residents’ personal belongings, handling incoming calls, and supporting the safe and accurate management of resident medication. This varied role offers valuable, hands-on experience across both administrative and care-focused responsibilities, making it an excellent foundation for a future career in business administration or the care sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build confidence, gain practical skills, and make a genuine difference in a supportive and rewarding environment. Working as part of the operations team of 5, you’ll assist with all administration, filing systems and office processes, directly supporting to the Office Manager. More specifically, you will:
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
