Marketing Apprentice @ Your Brand Solutions (YBS)

WHO are Your Brand Solution?

YBS help businesses boost their reach and brand recognition through physical marketing. They supply promotional merchandise, branded with company logos and plain stock.

WHAT will I get from working with Your Brand Solution?

• EARN: £9 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
• EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible).
• QUALIFICATION: Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 takes approximately 19 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will be working as part of a small team with plenty of opportunities for progression. There will be flexibility for your working hours and remote working 3 days per week. Your daily tasks will include:

• Copywriting, AB testing & creating/ sending newsletters.
• Google marketing/analytics.
• Assisting with development of marketing plan.
• Developing regular content for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
• Creating & posting social media content.
• Analysing data including post-performance data and regular competitor analysis.
• Supporting with general & sales admin.
• Marketing and email campaigns for existing and new product
• Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?

Working towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules including marketing methods, principles & practices, business organisation & copywriting, campaign implementation & management, IT & digital tools, and more! You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.

WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?

• Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
• UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
• Communication, confidence & customer care.
• IT, organisation & admin skills.
• Analytical, logical & attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently & use initiative.

What happens next?
