We’re looking for an accomplished Curriculum Development Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our apprenticeship and skills provision. The Role
As a Curriculum Development Lead, you will take strategic ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high quality learning programmes and resources across:
You will work closely with our Trainer Assessors and wider Quality Team to ensure our curriculum is engaging, compliant, future focused, and aligned with employer needs, sector expectations, and EPAO/awarding body standards.
Your leadership will directly shape the learner journey from programme design to successful, timely achievement ensuring our delivery remains innovative, inclusive, and consistently high performing.
