Apprenticeship Enrolment and Engagement Officer

£28,000 to £30,000 dependent on skills, qualifications and experience

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Apprenticeship Enrolment and Engagement Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting learners from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment onto their apprenticeship programme.

About the Role
Working closely with employers, learners and internal teams, you will ensure every learner receives an outstanding onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with apprenticeship funding requirements and organisational processes.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Managing learner applications and enrolments
•    Providing information, advice and guidance to prospective learners
•    Conducting eligibility checks and collecting enrolment evidence
•    Coordinating onboarding activities, initial assessments
•    Maintaining accurate learner records and CRM systems 
•    Monitoring enrolment targets and ensuring timely starts
•    Supporting employer engagement events and recruitment campaigns
                                                                                           
About You
You are highly organised, proactive and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You enjoy building positive relationships and can confidently communicate with learners, employers and colleagues at all levels.

Essential:
•    Experience in enrolment, onboarding, administration or customer service
•    Excellent communication and organisational skills
•    Strong attention to detail and record keeping
•    Experience using CRM or database systems or learner management systems
•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel 
•    English and Maths to at least Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent)

Desirable:
•    Experience working within apprenticeships, training, education or skills provision
•    Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements
•    Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Level 2 qualification
