The services listed below offer confidential support for mental health, wellbeing, safety, and essential needs. They are free to access and available to anyone who may benefit from guidance, reassurance, or someone to talk to.

Shout
Is a free, confidential and 24/7 text messaging service for anyone in the UK who needs support. If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, their trained Shout Volunteers are available for you.
Mind
When you're living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information is vital. Mind have fantastic information and resources available.
Shelter
Offering advice and support services on a one-to-one, personalised help with housing issues and homelessness. You can email, webchat, call or text.
