I joined as a Business Admin apprentice and was excited to be able to support people into apprenticeships and I’m still here for this reason. I enjoy offering people advice when starting or changing their careers, also I love everyone I work with! Everyone is so friendly and supportive.
It’s a company that looks after its staff through its values, recognition and reward. This team make a real difference and improve lives.
I joined many years ago and a big part of my decision was the people who were already here. And to be honest that’s probably part of why I’ve stayed so long too. And the flexibility I now have due to working from home is a massive positive.
Someone would love being part of this team because it’s collaborative, supportive, and driven by a shared commitment to learner success. There’s a strong sense of mutual respect, open communication, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Support learners. Build confidence. Make a difference.
CT Skills has an exciting opportunity for a Skills Coach to join our growing delivery team. This role suits either an experienced apprenticeship Skills Coach or a career change from a people‑focused background who is ready to move into learner coaching and apprenticeship support.
If you enjoy supporting individuals to progress, achieve long‑term goals and succeed in the workplace, this could be the right next step for you.
The Role
As a Skills Coach, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners on Accountancy Apprenticeship Programmes (up to Level 4), guiding them from induction through to End Point Assessment.
You will work closely with learners, employers and specialist Accountancy tutors to ensure apprentices stay engaged, organised and on track to achieve.
Key responsibilities include:
Guiding and supporting learners through structured 1to1 and group sessions, helping them build confidence, stay on track and successfully achieve their apprenticeship
Supporting learner progress from induction through to End Point Assessment
Working in partnership with employers and specialist tutors to review progress against individual training plans
Maintaining accurate learner records and contributing to quality and compliance requirements
Building positive, professional relationships with learners, employers and colleagues
This is a learner‑centred, coaching focused role, requiring strong organisation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
Who This Role Is For
Experienced Skills Coaches
