Principles of Customer Service (Level 3)

Our Customer Service free online course will support you to provide customer service in a range of different environments within a customer service role. This course will equip you with the knowledge and understanding of providing effective customer service, resolving customer complaints, customer retention, and monitoring customer interactions. You do not hold a level 3 (or higher) qualification in any subject, or, if you do hold a qualification of at least level 3, you must be either unemployed or in employment but earning below the low wage threshold of £20,319.
