Ryan Hearst, Nursery Assistant (Former Trainee & Apprentice)
''I had never been in a nursery before, so a placement gave me a real taste of what it was like to be in that environment. It paved the way for me''
Ryan Hearst originally wanted to begin a career in boxing, however after doing his own research he made an unexpected turn in his early career to refocus on childcare.
CT Skills sourced Ryan a suitable placement within a local nursery where he began our 12 week Childcare Pre Apprenticeship Programme. It was here he confirmed that not only did he want a fulfilling career in childcare but that he had a natural ability which would later go on to secure him a full-time role.
Ryan completed his Level 2 qualification within the Nursery and had aspirations to continue on to his Level 4 qualification to become a Nursery Manager.
