We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our accountancy apprenticeship delivery team. This is a part-time (three days a week) role which is largely remote but could include some travel.  A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners in the timely achievement of their Apprenticeship programmes up to Level 4, from induction through to End Point Assessment. You will provide 1-1 support to learners on an ongoing basis through effective coaching, mentoring and assessment.

You will work in partnership with employers and our specialist Accountancy tutors to develop and review progress against individual training plans, supporting learners towards the successful and timely achievement of their Apprenticeship. Utilising your coaching, training, and mentoring skills, you will guide and support learners, through 1-1 and group sessions, to prepare, be ready for and achieve their End Point Assessment.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with learners, employers, and specialist tutors, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.

The Individual

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike.  An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities.  You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training would be an advantage, but certainly not essential, as full training will be provided.
