WHAT’S in it for ME?
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join for a relaxed, vibrant company that’s owned by a property developer so you will be able to see and visit some prestigious developments. You will be within the Lettings Team and contribute to the growth and development of the department. The portfolio is spread across the UK with most of the properties being situated within Birmingham, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire so ability to travel is preferred. The Lettings team form part of our exciting new start-up business which also includes the fast-growing market of Short-Term Lettings. This role will work solely with Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Exceptional customer service together with efficiency to help and expand the department.
