Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

How LONG will it TAKE me?

16 months

HOW does the Apprenticeship work?

·         WORK Full Time, PAID Full Time

·         1-2-1 Monthly Sessions (via Teams) with your dedicated Tutor – NO college!

·         6 hours a week Apprenticeship Study Time, to focus on:

o   Assignments, training & development activities

o   Hours are agreed with your manager, either split across the week, or on a set day

·         Regular PROGRESS Reviews with your Tutor & Manager – you will ALWAYS know how you are doing

·         Final Assessment(s) inc. multiple choice tests, projects & presentations –  with full support from CT Skills!

DAY to DAY, you will….

·         Provide customer support for technical and course issues

·         Communicate with clients and users regarding support requests, giving advice to resolve issues

·         Raise cases on Salesforce CRM when escalation is required

·         Manage cases up to the point of resolution

·         Close cases on CRM once complete

·         Customer care calls

·         Operate HubSpot chat function – assisting with user, client, and prospective client enquiries

·         Manage IOSH Working Safely course

·         Obtain candidate scores from Shine

·         Collate candidate details/scores to record/submit on the IOSH portal for issue of certificates and passports

·         Record certificate and passport receipt and dispatch to client

·         Provide customer administration training & ad hoc user training

·         Assist in platform rollout for new customers

·         Assist in user bulk uploads/refresh

Apprenticeships are very demanding; you’re working towards a qualification whilst working full time! You’ll need to be committed and motivated as there is lots of self-guided work involved. PLUS, you need GOOD ….

What AFTER the Apprenticeship?
