About the Role:
As Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be supporting a team of Temporary Consultants who specialise in the built environment. Working as part of a successful & experienced team you will be integral to our growth plans and be given the opportunity to progress your own career immediately, and to earn commission!

The role is varied, fun and challenging, providing a great learning ground from which to become a recruiter in the future. Effectively the role is about sourcing workers via various means to the fill the jobs we have available. You will be trained to help support the business filling its temporary roles with clients by becoming experts at;

• Sourcing candidates/workers through advertising on job boards, social media and searching the company inhouse CRM/database
• Speaking to temporary workers on the phone to interview screen them suitable for roles and make sure all pre-employment and compliance checks are complete. Capturing all relevant information about the temporary workers to add to company CRM
• Arranging temporary workers for their assignments, confirming all information in writing via the company CRM
• Searching and updating the company CRM to ensure records are up to date and accurate
• Working with colleagues and team mates to effectively deliver the requirements for clients
• Phone based communication, email and other forms of written communication with workers

And Day to Day? …. You will be Responsible for:
• Speaking to Candidates on the phone
• Market Research compiling head hunt target lists
• Interviewing and registering workers
• Updating and working with computer systems- database, Microsoft packages
• Writing adverts to attract workers for job boards and social media
• Completing all the administration that goes with the role in timely manner
• Formatting and editing cvs

Minimum Qualifications Required:
• GCSE – English and Maths (Grade C or above)
