Here at Stratton Mills we are looking to recruit a hungry and motivated individual to join our team. No experience is necessary, but a can-do attitude is essential for this role!
We are looking for an individual who is looking for a career in recruitment as this is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes in a highly supportive environment. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
You will be joining a growing and successful team within an established recruitment consultancy. As a resourcer, you will be put on our thorough training programme which will give you a full and structured training platform to help develop your career in recruitment. The end goal will be to develop yourself into a fully-fledged recruitment consultant who will have been given all the possible tools and training to make yourself highly successful!
The successful candidate will be supporting a busy temporary, permanent and contracts team by:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing consultants with candidate and client leads
- Sourcing candidates for current and future roles
- Advertising & Marketing (Social Media, Email, Job Boards) - So someone who enjoys the creative side of things would be great
- Reference checking candidates
- Compliance documentation processing
- Accommodation sourcing
- Data input and timesheet management
- Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
- Computer literate
- Customer service orientated
- You will be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good team working skills
- Must remain calm and resilient under pressure
- Strong work ethic

- Strong personal skills
Ideally A* - C in Maths and English or equivalent
Training and Qualifications Given:
Level 2 or 3 Business Administration
Level 1 0r 2 Functional Skills English (If required)
Level 1 or 2 Functions Skills Maths (If required)
Working Week and Salary:
Monday - Friday, hours TBC
Total hours per week: 37.5
Wage per hour: £3.70
Weekly Wage: £138.75
The successful candidate may have the opportunity to have a permanent position and progress further within the business.
