Job Title: Sales & Lettings Assistant

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator (16 months)

Hours of work: Working 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week, including every Saturday (they will have a day off in the week – maybe Tuesday or Wednesday)

Total hours per week: 37.5

Pay Rate: £4.50 per hour
(plus, you’ll the ability to earn a small amount of commission each month depending on performance)

The Role:

As a Sales and Lettings Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of our Birmingham branch and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be working directly alongside another Apprentice, who joined the team last year.

In this varied role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers
• Promote our sales and lettings services to potential landlords and vendors and book sales and lettings valuations
• Manage the Negotiators’ diaries
• Help to market new sales and lettings listings
• Order stationery and co-ordinate office maintenance activities

About You:

To join us as a Sales and Lettings Assistant, you’ll need:

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, such as retail or hospitality
• Some administration experience
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Great communication skills
