About the Role:
You will be providing office administration support within different areas of the business.
And Day to Day? …. You will be Responsible for:
Receptionist Duties:
- Answering the phones
- Welcoming visitors/ clients
Training:
- Keeping Receptional Academy updated and recording staff completed
- Emailing staff details – 2-week safter they join
- Completing database to ensure completion
- Answering enquiries
- Issuing Certificates
Office Inventory:
- Records
- Ordering – laptops, water bottles, books, desks
- Labels
General Admin:
- Sending Lunch ‘N’ Learn Invites
- Ordering Lunches (Lunch ‘N’ Learn/ New Starters/ Group Focus/ General Events)
- Arranging Monthly Coffee Chats (group lists)
- Floor/ Seating Plans
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Printer Support
About what about YOU?… You will need to HAVE:
The office executive’s role will involve the smooth running of office administration, ensuring records are maintained and processes flow efficiently. They will have an eye for detail, good communication and organisational skills, willing to learn and be a team player.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- GCSE – English and Maths (Grade C or above)
