Vacancy Description:

Wright Mortgage has a vacancy for a FULL TIME only Office Administrator to join their very busy office team.

We advise on and arrange mortgage and insurance products to satisfy the needs of our rapidly growing client base.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties
  •  Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone
  • General office administration.
  • You will be preparing, submitting and following applications through to completion as well as liaising with all parties involved.
  • You will be meeting and greeting clients, a smart and presentable appearance is essential.
  • You must be able to cope under pressure as there will be high demands of work that will need to be completed for a range of deadlines.

Skills Required:

  • Applicants will be required to have excellent organisational skills
  •  Be able to work well on their own as well as part of our team and provide support to the Office Manager.
  • You will be dealing with people of all levels therefore excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Good keyboard skills and general IT skills

Desired Qualifications:

Ideally A* - C in Maths and English or equivalent

Training and  Qualifications Given:

Level 3 Business Administration

Level 2 Functional Skills English (If required)

Level 2 Functions Skills Maths (If required)

Working Week and Salary:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Total hours per week: 37.5

Wage per hour: £5.12

Yearly wage: £10.000

Future Prospects:

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to progress further within the business.
