Vacancy Description:

ABB Furse is looking to recruit a hardworking and ambitious HR Administrator to join their expanding organisation. This is an ideal role for someone looking to start their career in a successful business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to H&S Manager and HR Department
    • Manage and update Training records
    • Updating HR systems
    • Reception cover
    • Hospitality support
    • Attend H&S meetings, produce minutes and ensure actions are monitored and progressed
    • General administration including typing, photocopying, scanning, laminating for all departments as required
    • Ad hoc project work as required
    • Support ABB’s annual Safety Week
    • Responsibility for ensuring all admin duties are carried out in a professional and confidential manner and ensuring that work is carried out to highest possible standards ensuring delivery is carried out with excellence and speed
    • Other duties may have to be undertaken which will be determined by the Company, taking in to account the current level of responsibilities, experience and capabilities

  • Efficient on MS programmes including: Word, Excel PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent

Training and Qualifications delivered:

Level 2 or 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills English (If required)

Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills Maths (If required)

Level 1 Functional Skills Maths ICT (If required)

Working week and salary:

Working days: Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 8.30 - 5pm

Working Hours - 37.5 p/w

Hourly Pay: £5.68

Weekly Wage: £213
