Eco-Vape are wholesale vaping liquid manufacturers who produce high quality, delicious vaping E-liquid and E-juice products in the UK. Our warehouse is 22,000sq ft and we distribute worldwide.  Eco-Vape have over 18 of their own stores across the UK that stock a wide range of vaping hardware, E-juices & equipment.

Vacancy Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks include but are not limited:

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Maintaining Website with special offers and creating blog material
  • Assist with structuring email and digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining and updating all databases and CRM platforms
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors/new clients
  • Customer interaction
  • Diary management
  • Processing customers applications and ordering new vehicles
  • Produce meeting minutes after attending meetings
  • Administration tasks and general sale support

Skills Required:

  • Good keyboard skills
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ideally A* - C in maths and English or equivalent.

Training and Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Digital Marketing Qualification
  • Level 1 Functional Skills English (if required)
  • Level 1 Functions Skills maths (if required)
  • Level 1 Functional Skills ICT (if required)

Working week and salary:
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Working Hours: 37.5 a week

Hourly Wage: £4.50

Weekly Wage: £168.75
