We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join CT Skills.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be required to offer exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. You will be expected to take ownership of your role and work closely with colleagues to ensure your understanding of the CT Skills offer and services are up to date at all times. This also includes administrative support for the wider team and occasional attendance at external events and other CT Skills sites. You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.
This is a full-time role based at our Head Office.
We are looking for a well organised person with excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Experience in working in a customer focused environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries when working with young people would be an advantage but training will be given. Be able to manage difficult situations / customers where required. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, i.e., Outlook, Word & Excel.
You will be willing to work towards Level 3 Customer Service Qualification. You have proven ability to work with and build positive working relationships with people from varied backgrounds.
