About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career within business administration. You will be working in a customer centric role based in a busy customer experience team. Completing administrative duties including
- Daily Exception reporting
- Answering and raising internal communications – Alerts
- Releasing, monitoring and creating Fastbaks
- POD enquiries hard copy requests
To learn the whole scope of activities undertaken in a busy Customer Experience department, whilst working towards a NVQ qualification.
And Day to Day?
- Produce accurate and up to date daily exception reports
- Generate ‘Alerts’ internally to assist with queries
- Promote Tuffnells as the customer champion
- Manage and handle customer collection queries
- Provide excellent customer service always putting the customer at the heart of what we do
- Be an ambassador for Tuffnells
About you?
- Confident with a positive attitude to work and learning
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Desire to learn and progress
- Able to work independently but also in a team
- Good communication skills both over the phone, via email and face to face
Qualifications:
- GCSE – English and Maths (Grade C or above)
