Job Title: Centrick Property Administrator

Apprenticeship Qualification: Business Administrator Level 3

How long does it take? 19 months

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Total hours per week: 35

Pay Rate: £4.50 per hour (plus, you’ll the ability to earn a small amount of commission each month depending on performance)

Centrick has a strong team of people assigned to individual client’s properties and made available to them. It’s on-boarding team will make the transition to Centrick’s Estate Management service as swift and smooth as possible.

Dedicated Property Managers take responsibility for properties, and carry out regular site inspections, prepare and manage budgets, attend client and residents’ meetings and oversee the property management team on the day-to-day management of properties. This team also includes its health & safety compliance manager and an experienced team of service charge accountants who work closely with Property Managers to ensure that property accounts are up-to-date and that any queries are handled promptly and efficiently.

About the ROLE:

As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for working towards departmental goals set for your specific role. These are based around key aspects of service delivery to ensure we are delivering the very best standards to our customers. Property Assistants and Administrators will report these goals to their line manager on a regular basis in order to assess performance and manage progression.

And DAY to DAY? You will……
• Answer and offer first line support to inbound customer phone calls & emails
• Monitor and coordinate shared and individual mailboxes
• Issue quotes for management packs
• Deal with ad-hoc enquiries and escalate complex matters to line manager
• Coordinate and arrange Land Registry searches
• Work with the accounts team and credit controllers to ensure bills are paid on time
• General administration, scanning, filing, document checking and storage etc

You will be exposed to all aspects and functions of the Centrick Group from Accounting & Finance to Building Management & Compliance.

All Centrick staff are expected to offer support to their team and to other departments and/or take on additional or varied duties as and when required due to the demands of the business. In order to be effective in this role, it is essential to build a good understanding of all departments, processes and objectives.

Plus, to be considered as a Property Administrator, you will need:

• Fluent level of English with excellent spelling and grammar
• Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems (training provided)
