A little bit about us:
Co-Founded by Directors Lee & Dabn, Innova are a tech recruitment agency proudly based in Manchester city centre. We’re currently partnering with some great tech teams and hiring superb candidates for them. Having set up in mid-2019, we weathered a global pandemic just fine and due to actually doing what we say we’re going to, we have developed a strong reputation as a partner to the tech sector.
We recruit for a range of positions including Software Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Design, Data, and Infrastructure roles.

A little about what we need:
We need a Business Support Officer. For us, this is someone who will be focused on maintaining and improving our CRM (Vincere). Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is going to be integral to our continued growth and we want to give it the dedication it deserves – data entry and optimising the quality of companies, candidates and clients will be a pig part of your role.
However, this job will be varied, and we need you to be able to help coordinate internal initiatives, including;
• Taking minutes
• Diary management
• Reviewing documentation
We’ll need you to be:
• Good with administrative tasks
• Able to learn, retain and research information based on business needs
We also need you to be personable. As we’re growing out our team, we’re trying to create a culture that is fun but professional. A place where people want to come to work.
