Vacancy Description:

During the role you will enrol on the Business Administration Apprenticeship (level 2 or 3 dependant on your experience). At the end of the apprenticeship there will be lots of opportunity to consolidate, or continue to grow your career within the company and where possible we would look to move you into a permanent position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, direct enquiries, take messages
• Manage email correspondence
• Greet visitors and patients
• Host patients from arrival to departure ensuring all necessary forms and documents are signed
• Clinic preparation and recovery
• Schedule appointments, make follow-up calls
• Input patient data, maintain and update patient records using company CRM system
• Produce reports
• Maintain and update policies and procedures, checklists and contact information
• Draft correspondence
• Office supply and clinical stocktake
• Taking meeting minutes
• Filing, archiving and maintaining records
• Assist with record keeping required by CQC

Desired Qualifications:

Ideally A* - C in Maths and English or equivalent

Training to be provided:

Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration

Plus training for roles and responsibilities

Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills English

Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills Maths

Weekly wage and Salary:

Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday,

Shift basis working between the hours of: 8am - 6:30pm

Example shifts: 8am - 4pm, 12pm - 6:30pm, 10am - 6pm

Hours per week: 40

Hourly Wage: £4.50

Weekly wage: £180
