About The Employer:             

Spencer Academies Trust is a medium sized multi-academy trust and offers a range of training opportunities to schools throughout the region its arms of work within the Spencer Alliance for Leadership and Teaching. SALT is a family of organisations committed to school improvement. We share a passion for ensuring our schools continue to learn through and with each other, use evidence and research to improve teaching and learning to boost outcomes for all our pupils and support leadership across our school system. We deliver training and communication events across the region, working with schools in all phases and settings.

About the Role:                      

You will support the SALT team (Spencer Alliance for Leadership and Teaching) with a variety of tasks to ensure the team provide an excellent service to their customers, supporting with the delivery of training events in the education sector.

And Day to Day?                    

This is a diverse role and each day will be different. You could be organising catering, booking rooms, setting up events, resourcing and reprographics, dealing with customer queries and basic administrative tasks.

You’ll need to have/be 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Resilient when under pressure
  • Good IT skills
  • Aspiration to progress onto an advanced apprenticeship


  • GCSE – English and Maths (Grade C or above)
