About the Role: 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established NHS medical practice and start your career within the NHS and business administration. You will be joining a small team and supporting the medical practises reception and administration functions. You will have a varied role and learn a vast number of new skills that will enable you to support the practice.

And Day to Day?……

You will be responsible for:

  • Booking appointments
  • Call handling
  • Filing
  • Daily task management
  • Start of day and end of day tasks
  • Signposting to services

You’ll need to HAVE:

Qualifications:

  • GCSE – English and Maths (Grade C or above)
