Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Rate: £17136.00 – £18597.00
Reporting to: Relevant Department Head or Assigned Team Lead

Need More Time is a leading UK Virtual PA and Telephone Answering Service provider. Delivering outsourced Call Handling and Administrative support services to a broad range of small businesses. Established in 2002 we have built a strong reputation for delivering flexible bespoke administration support services. Our tailored service allows our customers to benefit from a flexible staffing model either as a first-line or total solution, saving our customers the need to employ their own in house staff or as a backup to staff already employed in house. We can work remotely from our offices in Whitstable Kent whilst fulfilling similar duties to that of in house staff. This model can quickly expand and contract to assist with sudden increases in workload (calls or admin) without the challenges or risks normally associated with staff based tasks. Equally, sickness and holiday cover is no longer costly or challenging to manage. We currently work in several sectors ranging from Courier services to Private Medical (within several fields of medical care from Dermatology to Neurology).
About the Role:
You will join one of our established Teams either working to support our Business or Medical clients. The role offers vast amounts of variety as you will be working to support 10+ different businesses or private medical practices within a range of industries of specialist medical fields. Whilst working as a team is at the core of our business you will equally have responsibility for you own work assigned. Each day is different due to the nature of our business and can be exceptionally fast paced. You must love multi-tasking as there are several Customer relationship management systems or patient practice management systems being used alongside our own. As a result, you will need to be able embrace a dynamic approach to an adapting workflow. At the base of the role is communication either by phone or email including instant chat you will need to be able to articulate yourself both verbally and written communication and equally be able to adapt to different personalities from all walks of life.
