Adult Learning Delivery Administrator

Up to £17,500 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the CT Skills family. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

Support the Adult Learning Delivery Managers and Remote/CBL tutor team with a variety of administration tasks. Regularly reviewing data and ensuring all systems and information remains current and correct. Attendance tracking, monitoring and supporting tutors to contact learners ensuring high course retention levels. Respond to support requests to assist the adult learning delivery team to maximise productivity and success rates. You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.

The Individual


We are looking for a well organised person with excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Experience in working in a customer focused environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries when working with young people. Be able to manage difficult situations / customers where required. Good sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel.
