About The Employer:                                  

Crystal Clear Translation is a UK based organisation. The organisation was launched to assist Local Authorities, NGOs and Charities to tackle communication barriers between themselves and their service users. The organisation has since provided “on demand” language related services; with a mission of ensuring inclusion at every opportunity presented. Services provided include; Interpreting, Proof-Reading, Translating, Transcription, Language Tuition and Video-Subtitling.

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to start a career in Business Administration with the chance to gain experience and learn valuable skills within our team.

The successful applicant will support the company by organising and co-ordinating job requests, ensure the bookings are organised effectively and efficiently and invoices and communications are sent promptly. Along with general administration and business responsibilities.

As an apprentice, this programme will give you the opportunity to carry out a real job with real responsibilities, receiving training and mentoring from CT Skills to help develop your skills.

Throughout your learning, at least 20% will be ‘of – the – job’ training, working towards the End Point Assessment to achieve your level 3 qualification.

And Day to Day?

  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Answering inbound calls/ E-mails and assisting with enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff and clients
  • Assisting with bookings and the appropriate allocation of Interpreters/Translators.
  • Sending and following up invoices
  • Recruitment administration and co-ordination
  • Prioritise workload

  • A keen interest in Languages, Culture, and our services

You’ll need to have/be:

  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organised
  • Able to co-ordinate bookings
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken)


  • GCSE – English and Maths (Grade C or above)
