Protex Fire & Security Ltd was established in 2008 as a fire & security systems provider, operated by a young, dynamic and engaged team.

From its very inception Protex Fire & Security Ltd was established to provide end to end integrated fire & security system solutions and support for all of its clients. We hold many accreditations, including full scope SSAIB and BAFE.

About the Role:

Once settled in the successful candidate will need to thrive within a small team, with real responsibility in a fast paced and challenging environment. Teamwork is important, as is the ability to work autonomously when carrying out some of the day-to-day responsibilities.

And DAY to DAY?… You’ll be:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Inbox monitoring & processing of emails
  • Booking in fault calls, maintenance services, installation works
  • Processing of daily paperwork, updating the CRM and customer files
  • General office duties (post, refreshments etc.)
  • Process new enquires
  • Follow up on proposals and quotations
  • Possibility of looking to win new business connecting potential and existing clients

  • Attention to detail – Ensuring all documents are completed accurately
  • Punctual – Arrive at the office or any other place of work on time
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Teamwork – Work confidently within a group or independently as part of a larger team

  • Time Management – Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines

Qualifications:

  • GCSE – English and Maths (Grade A- C or Grade 4-9)
