CT Skills Employee Testimonial

“I applied for an Assessor role at CT Skills after losing my job and stability when Positive Outcomes announced their closure. It was a tough time for all of us and seemed to happen almost overnight so there was a huge amount of pressure to find new employment. CT Skills opened their doors to all the talented people from Positive Outcomes and gave us the opportunity to continue working in a sector we love.

A main concern of mine wasn’t only finding new work for myself, if was making sure the employers that I had formed strong relationships with were supported in the future. CT Skills were so accommodating and did everything in their power to ensure I could continue to work with businesses such as HL Plastics and their apprentices who were mid-qualification when Positive Outcomes stopped servicing its clients.

My main advice to anyone affected by the 3aaa closure, whether you’re an employee or an employer, contact CT Skills as they really will do their upmost to help.”
