Choosing the right Apprenticeship for you.

Level 3 HR Assistant

This apprenticeship is ideal for those who have not previously worked in the industry or have little experience within a HR position. Job roles are likely to include keeping records up to date, providing advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues, delivering front line support to mangers and employees.  

Level 3 Employee Development Practitioner

The Level 3 apprenticeship is designed to suit candidates who have a an interest in developing there knowledge of their current job role. You can be expect to train while in one of the following role: HR Administrator, HR Manger, Recruiter, Talent Management.
